Just wanted to let you know that I love the new banner on your site! Keep up the great work even if your Monday began by taking the north staircase I know with this beautiful weather you will do an awesome job keeping up with your C25K goals! Because of some inspiration from your blog I am working to run my first 5K in a few weekends, and have changed my eating habits :) Also your blog turned me onto Panera's hidden menu, which has showed me that I can actually enjoy a salad, so thank you!!!
