Silk knit ties at The Knottery – For those of you looking for staple colors of silk knit ties at an affordable price, The Knottery’s latest stock has ‘em for $25-$30 a pop. The solid ones come in an array of colors from Army green to (eventually) blogger blue. And there’s some bi-color silk knits, too.
A small detail though: these are 3" wide, so don’t confuse them for the other skinny numbers you see most retailers selling. These fall into the wider spectrum, like those offered by J.Press. I have a preference for fatter ties (they just knot better, in my opinion), but I realize everyone’s tastes are different.
