So as some of you may know I’ve been in #Waterlooville near #Portsmouth since Tuesday and am staying here until Friday. I’m here to for a big session with 3C #wheelchair & #seating #service (my #awesome and #inspiring wheelchair + seating #specialists) to get my seating and wheelchair issues sorted. First two days have been very physically and mentally #tough, but we are making #good progress. Hopefully, everything will be #better (and lees severe pain) by the time I go home. Yesterday afternoon, I had to come to a difficult decision of either sitting forward and upright to what looks “normal” like I’m used to or sit reclined from now on to breathe and be reasonably pain free with improved posture support. Obviously, I chose the latter even though it looks quite crude but at least I can breathe and be comfortable. I now just have to change my mindset and make the world come to me. So #OWARDWARDSandUPWARDS! Later yesterday evening, I went to the nearby #beach to #relax and #reflect on life, as it was a #lovely day. Here’s to a #stronger, #healthier and #happier #future and I hope life will get better for me!
