I spent a couple of days out in Ocean Shores (WA) and it was razor clam season! Me and my buddies went out there at night and caught a couple of these bad boys. Most of the clams required digging, but we stumbled upon one that had it’s foot literally sticking out of the sand. The other clam diggers there told us that those were called “Pollom Clams”.

I made some fritters with the clams that we caught, onion, batter, lemon juice, and deep fried them. Goes great with Mayo and hot sauce on a toasted English Muffin!
