Recipe for an inexpensive healthy meal: 2 cups of lowfat vanilla youghurt, 1 cup of milk, a couple of handfuls of frozen berries - raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, whatever's your fancy :) - and put it in mixer for a really nice and filling smoothie :) I usually do these after I have been out running and then I feel like a goddess ;)
