LIFE AFTER LIFE
Can you tell that we’re really excited about Kate Atkinson’s new book LIFE AFTER LIFE? Not yet? Then allow me to gush a little for you. I was so sad to finish this book that I entered into a period of mourning and couldn’t read anything else for days. I offered to blurb it myself. Every time someone asks me if I’ve read anything good lately, which is OFTEN (occupational hazard), I go on and on about this title. I’ve talked it up with friends, relatives, and colleagues. I’ve dreamt about it. And I’m holding out hope that Atkinson’s next book will be …AFTER LIFE AFTER LIFE, so that I can continue reading about these characters and this story.
