First Day

So today I went out to eat with my family and holy cow, I totally over ate. So, me and my sister decided to go running. It was really good. I ran a little over two miles but I didn’t keep track of time or anything. It felt really nice outside today. Perfect for running. Me and my sister decided to go everyday that it’s nice outside. Also, I think I’m gonna start going up to the gym with my stepdad on the weekends. But before I do anything, I need to make a workout playlist. So I don’t have to stop to change songs. I’m really excited. I’ve gained almost ten pounds since basketball season ended and I really need to get back into working out for off season. I’m about to start a new basketball league so, that’s exciting. I will be playing about 2 or 4 basketball games every Thursday night for the month of June! Definitely some good exercise. I’m cutting out all soda. Since basketball season ended, i’ve gotten into a bad habit of drinking soda again. So that’s my first step to eating. The whole eating healthy is what usually gets me so I am gonna take it slow. I am gonna cut out small things at a time. I’m getting super excited about this!
