Malky Mackay and Iain Moody investigated by FA over 'sexist, racist and homophobic' text messages during time at Cardiff  | Mail Online

Well, that’s why talks with Malky Mackay for the Crystal Palace manager job came to a screeching halt. Racist, sexist & homophobic text messages between the then-Cardiff City manager and his-then sporting director, Iain Moody (in the same position with Palace until today), is not a good look to being employed in football again.

And that’s just the salacious stuff – apparently Cardiff owner Vincent Tan’s investigators located numerous amounts of questionable stuff about Moody & Mackay’s transfers for Cardiff.

Crystal Palace now has two major vacancies to fill and the FA has a big problem on its hands.
