Visual Development: Strawberry Village

In an earlier draft of the script, there was a big sequence that took place in Barry’s little village. The Strawberry Village was on a little island in the middle of a strawberry jam bog (The remains of their ancestors?!) so I toyed around with the idea of putting the houses on stilts and designing the environment with a Polynesian feel. The idea was cut from the story pretty quickly though, so this is all the development that was done for it.
