This Tuesday and Wednesday, Year 6 students from Hackney schools took part in intensive circus arts workshops at the National Centre for Circus Art. The workshops are part of our partner’s Inspire!’s Families First project, which supports students over a year with their transition from primary to secondary education.
They experienced juggling, acrobalance, flying and static trapeze, as well as warm up and cool down games.
The workshops aim to build students’ confidence, increase their ability to work in teams and promote relationship-building; all as part of a creative and fun activity.
