Kyle Bell vs. Ben Vadasz chess game Frog Rock Wines vineyard in Mudgee

After enjoying a wonderfully balanced, velvety ‘09 Cabernet Sauvignon with our Aussie bar-b-que dinner at the Odd Frog Lodges farm in Lue last night, our #unmapped team was excited to discover that the FROG ROCK WINES vineyard was close by in Mudgee.  This morning, we eagerly hopped in the tour bus and headed straight to Frog Rock for a visit.  After all, we’d enjoyed the Cab so much, that we bought a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc Semillon to take with us.

Frog Rock is a small family winery that handcrafts some critically acclaimed wines, including Shiraz, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Chambourcin, and of course, Cabernet and Sauvignon Blanc that are produced exclusively from their estate vineyards.

If you’re ever in the Mudgee Region, definitely stop by for a tasting!
