Hi! Okay so I woke up at like 5 this morning, before school, and I did this workout. It only takes about 20 minutes depending on how quick you go through each move but remember to have water next to you because it BURNS! Also I did about 20 jumping jacks first thing before stretching just to kind of wake myself up. Love to you all :) - Moe
