Hi everyone! I’m currently working on my second volume of The Little Things zine, which focuses on mental health and self care (click the link to see the first issue). I’m in need of submissions to complete my next zine, so send in your self care lists - whatever it is you do to treat yourself/calm yourself/favourite leisure activity. It can be just one thing or a huuuge list - I’d like to get as many different ideas and activities featured in the zine as possible to give other people new ideas and to hopefully be a little motivated to be kinder to themselves.
