He whom Allah grants the gift of following the truth, he should inspect his intention, for Allah may grant victory to the truth even through an evil-doer. The Prophet ﷺ said regarding one who sacrifices himself for the truth, “He is in the Hellfire. Allah may support the religion even with an evil-doer.”

من رزقه ﷲ اتباع الحق فليتفقد نيّته فإن ﷲ قد ينصر الحق بفاجر، قال النبي ﷺ فيمن بذل نفسه للحق (هو في النار إن ﷲ يؤيد هذا الدين بالرجل الفاجر)
