I think this thing of violence in congo came about when people became greedy for natural resources everywhere. Civilians were effected all over the place being killed, raped, abducted, and other horrible things. My reaction to the video was like everyone else’s. Sorrow, pain, and thinking why in the world they would ever do that to perfect human beings and turn them into monsters. I’ve learned from Mr. Wood that there are things in life you have to reference back into those days, and use knowledge from their times to live our lives accordingly. Living without the knowledge of what is happening around you and in the world wouldn’t just feel right. This will somewhat change my life, and this is a quote I want to share with people.
