The Turkish McDonald’s breakfast plate might have you forgetting you’re at a fast food restaurant with eggs, tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumbers, berries, toast, and honey. And finally, Japan’s Tofu Shinjo McNuggets are made from a mishmash of minced white fish, tofu and vegetables including edamame, soy beans and carrots.
