I thought I’d feature a couple of beauty products I’ve been loving lately and practice my product photography at the same time. I don’t usually post about makeup but these products have been working overtime compared to any others in my makeup bag!

1) Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara

A bold name like this one better result in a bold look! The color is a rich, deep black and it really fans out and separates the lashes, which I love. The only downside is that it can clump a little if you take too long to apply it but other than that, it’s great for dramatic lashes.

2) NYX Butter Gloss in Tiramisu

Words cannot even begin to express how much I love this shade. I own 5 of the NYX butter glosses and this is the color I reach for the most. It’s a great everyday, brown-pink nude and for the cheap price, the color payoff is fantastic! As the name implies, the textures is buttery and non-sticky.

3) NARS Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in Damned

Welcome the witching hour with NARS Velvet Matte lip pencil in Damned. By witching hour I mean Fall/Halloween. I was trying to be creative. I was obsessing over this color for quite some time and finally got my hands on it after it had been sold out for a while. The color reminds me of crushed blackberries. It’s the perfect purple/raspberry color for Fall and surprisingly wearable. This color is going to be my go-to dramatic lip once the cooler weather hits.
