Why would it confuse people? Champions of Kamigawa block came out nine years ago. As its not part of our current plan, by the time we could even make it, it would be over fifteen years ago.

That is the point we are trying to make tho the new players have no idea what kamigawa is so theyll like it anyway if designed with all the new design technology and another japanese plane besides kamigawa would just upset the long time players ie.me
