So we have came to a conclusion that changes the direction of the game. Before, we would have our player go in, kill, steal, get out. But due to the power of engine, I couldn’t implement the AI of the guards and Swat, etc… so what I came down to was just a simple standing on it’s place guard which wouldn’t be threatening if the player moved from room A to B. So I cut the bullshit and straight out said to my partner that this wouldn’t work out and it’d be too boring for the player. Therefore we discussed and discussed many aspects until we came to the conclusion that the game should not have violence, it should be about sneaking past an area that is armed to teeth by cameras, lasers, laser doors and etc… and then we expanded on the mechanics and improved them for around 2 days. The game concept is now ready, it was now all about the development. The interesting thing is that we even got a fucking article written about us in a Persian Electronic Magazine which made us feel famous as shit. But anyways, we should get back to developing and make this game as awesome. ADIOS!
