Indie sewing pattern try Jasper & charity pattern bundle sale
I tried this Paprika Patterns’ popular hoodie pattern! With this Jasper sweater and dress you can make a comfy hoodie, sweat shirt or knit dress. It has 2 options for the length (sweater or dress) and 2 options for the collar (hood or shawl collar).
I just needed some active casual for the coming fall, so I chose a hoodie version and make with popping colour.
The length is in-between dress and sweater, so it is not a dress, but a little bit longer than normal hoodie.
I chose size 1 (bust 80cm) and basically made without modifications from the original pattern, just adjusted some sizing for my short height (shorten the bodice -2cm , -4cm sleeve and -1cm shoulder width).
I love the silhouette! Thanks for the princess seams, it’s stylish yet very comfy.
I used this 2way stretch knit with contrast fabric on the lining side of the hood and a tag on the hem.
I’m so happy to find the occasion to use this cute tropical birdie print fabric finally! It’s from an old skirt that I could not throw away because of the cuteness.
