hi i'm kristen. at one point i had lost over fourty pounds, but after a stressful year i gained over 20 back. i suppose it was foolish to think i could beat a lifetime of food addiction in one go, but this time i'm gonna do it right. slow and steady wins the race, right? no more crazy diets and no more radical thoughts. just simple weight loss. i will lose weight in time, and i will be strong and healthy and happy. everything will be okay. nothing can stop me, this time. i've got this. it's going to be hard, though. i've got another blog, where i post boring text-posts about my life. it's called yellow-colored-pencil.tumblr.com. you can read all about my depression etc. hw:226 lw:188.5 cw:211 gw:148 height:5'5" apple-shaped
