Sounds like the anthem to grungy punk-clubs in NYC in the late 70s.  Video has that throwback feel as well what with the, what I’m assuming are clips from I Love Lucy?  Could just be any television show in the 50s really.  Man, how awesome would it have been to have lived during that time.
