Okay, let’s take a moment to assess how excellent this is.

This seems to be some sort of Super Sentai ‘gritty reboot’ pitch, as rather than being robotic animals in primary colours, these are now realized mechanical vehicles.  Behind the group stands the Gestalt, and we can see how it is formed:

The Mastodon is the central unit.  From the design of the front shoulders on the mech, it appears that the legs (front and rear) are combined together to form the Gestalt arms and hands, with the shoulder and hip joints forming the Gestalt shoulders, while the head moves to a central position to become the chest plate.

Lion and Panther form the legs, and are linked to the central unit via coupling joint that folds out when all the other portions of the Mastodon move into place.  Although difficult to tell, the head and forelegs probably join to become the feet in true power rangers style (viz. the Lion unit, the slotted neck joint behind the mane probably retracts into the ‘spine’)

The Eagle unit forms the head (thank you Voltron), with the ‘face’ and sensor ‘eyes’ kept under protective shielding underneath the nosecone when in flight mode.  The wings may fold back (at a 90 degree angle) to latch on to a coupling joint in the Mastodon (effectively a spinal link).

There appears to be little projectile weaponry on the mech units, the mastodon has turrets, a heavy duty (possibly AA) long-barrel cannon and a multi-missile system.  As a Gestalt, it may simply rely on brute strength and improvised weaponry rather than a dedicated arsenal.

In conclusion, this is a satisfying ‘realisation’ of the Megazord concept used in the long-running (twenty years this year!) Super Sentai series.
