Md. officer indicted for sexually assaulting woman at gunpoint - Brian Tucker was indicted for an incident in which he made a woman have anal intercourse with him at gunpoint, Prince George’s County State’s Attorney Angela Alsobrooks said.
The assault happened on July 6, 2015, when Tucker, who was off-duty at the time picked up the woman on Walker Mill Road in Capitol Heights. The two agreed to have intercourse and Tucker drove her into an industrial area in his personal car, officials said. They had consensual intercourse
Tucker told the woman that he wanted to have anal intercourse and the woman refused. The off-duty trooper put his service weapon to the woman’s head and forced anal intercourse.
A Prince George’s County police officer on patrol in the area found the victim and Tucker. The woman told the officer about the incident. Tucker was taken into custody and then later charged.
Tucker has also been charged with a second degree sex offense, first and second degree assault and use of a handgun in the commission of a crime of violence, officials said. He is currently free on a $500,000 bond. Maryland State Police said he remains suspended with no pay.
