In “Kommandant Schultz”, Sergeant Schultz is appointed Kommandant and starts treating the prisoners as, well, prisoners. LeBeau’s and Newkirk’s answer? A salute that looks (in context) like something else entirely.

There’s something wonky with Newkirk’s eyes, but it’s just a draft for now.
