This is Kleer. A Dragonborn shiek merchant lord. He is currently one of the richest mortals in Era. If not then certainly the most ostentatious. The woman behind him (first drawn female yay!) is his personal bodyguard, Talya Veilish. An assassin, cold blooded murderer and 3 million percent done 24/7.
