How to Make Earl Grey Infused Gin
The first time I had Earl Grey-infused gin I immediately feel in love with the rich floral notes of the tea. Earl Grey-infused gin may sound really fancy, but it’s easier than making a cup of tea. Seriously.
Once you’ve infused your gin, try making one of my favorites, The Old Guard Cocktail.
“Earl Grey-Infused Gin”
750 ml Gin (Bombay Dry or Tanqueray)
4 Earl Grey Tea Bags (good quality)
Place tea bag and gin in a glass container. Let sit at room temperature for 2 hours. Pour infusion into a clean bottle.
