I made my blackened Salmon tonight! Season both sides of salmon w/ freshly ground black pepper, Creole Seasoning ( I like Tony Chachere’s or you can do pink salt and cayenne pepper, paprika), and dried dill. Chop 3 fresh garlic cloves and scatter on top. Top with 3-4 thin slices of butter ( I prefer grass-fed butter). Throw in the oven on broil for 7-10mins…making sure to not overcook. Optional: you can then throw some #capers on top and serve…yum! #Salmon has a lot of #omega #oils. 😋 #recipe #cooking #food #foodie #creole
