Today, this would NEVER have been published without flattening her stomach. Maybe slimming her arms too. Marilyn was a size 4 (“12” in sizes of the 1950s) so…yet another statement on the disgusting beauty standards of today’s society. They would have called this “fat”. How in gods name can a SIZE 4 be fat?
