Secret Avengers #3 - “Path of Least Resistance”

Yes, even the guy that has been an Avenger longer than any of you others. How about that?

I get it, it's supposed to be funny, this recent incarnation of Hawkeye as a loutish buffoon that is ALSO incompetent in his privat elife, which makes people doubt his competence in the field.

But those characters don't exist in a vaccuum, and having one character whose very creation happened only about 10 years AFTER Hawkeye joined the Avengers for the first time question the guy's competence is just silly.
