DeQuincy, LA — What many teenagers these days are considering a harmless prank, has landed one online gamer in more trouble than he could have ever imagined. In a Louisiana courtroom today, 15-year-old Paul Horner broke down in tears after a judge found the young man guilty on two counts of domestic terrorism and was sentenced to twenty-five years to life in federal prison.

Okay, yeah, he’s an asshat. He’s also a fifteen year old boy, so it comes kind of with the territory.

This basically says “Yeah, we have special laws for children, but if you really annoy us, we’re kind of kicking that out and going to completely fuck up your life.”

Personally, this more reads to me like the aged establishment coming down heavy on a representative of the young in order to re-envigorate their dominance.

A society that gives a boy 25 to life for a prank call that went to hell while defending the very same boys when they happen to be football players that rape a girl is deeply broken.

This is not about justice, it’s a statement by the state that no one else may misuse their militarized police except for them.

That story is fake. Look at some of the other “news” on that site for confirmation. I fell for it, too, yesterday.

Are you telling me I can’t trust what I find on tumblr? D:
