Since black is always in style in the fashion industry, saying something is “the new black” means that it is the hottest new thing. This phrase can be used to call out the “coolness” of anything, it’s not just limited to the fashion world.
That Brawny Lumberjack look that says ‘Hey check it, I can cut down trees for you girl.’ Who doesn’t want a man that dresses like he could maybe build you a fire?
Everyone & Everything is getting on the Red and Black flannel train.
This look is not just for hunky male 20 something hipsters anymore it’s for everyone.
Celebrities Like Paul Rudd, Selena Gomez, Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Ben Schwartz, Jared Leto & Kanye West are even giving this look a whirl.
But it doesn’t stop there even American Girl Doll has their own fashionista. Which goes great as an accessory to this real human child lumberjack.

The only thing that could make this trend even better is if we all started accessorizing to fit the trend. We need more axes. Which will help to ward off the fashion forward Zombies that will inevitably be coming for us all.
