I think that my favorite Monty Python story is when they were preforming the Dead Parrot sketch live and when Micheal Palin asked if John Cleese would like a slug and Cleese asked “does the slug talk?”, instead of saying “No, not really.” Palin said “Well… it mutters a bit.” And John Cleese laughed so hard he had to walk off the stage
