I love my Sony Smartband Talk. I’m still working hard to fulfill my goal of 10,000 steps per day. Today’s progress is considered better as I have to walk a few blocks for my lecture. 😜 I seriously thought being a lecturer can easily help my goal because I have to walk about in the class. Sadly, that’s not true. For the past week, I still haven’t reached my goal yet 😒
