When we honestly ask ourselves which person in our lives mean the most to us, we often find that it is those who, instead of giving advice, solutions, or cures, have chosen rather to share our pain and touch our wounds with a warm and tender hand.

I started this on Netflix streaming last night (I’m on the first one, Dharma River). It’s not so much a straight documentary and more of a travelogue taking you through Thailand, Laos and Burma (Dharma River); Bali, Cambodia and Java (Prajna Earth) and Tibet (Vajra Sky) visiting Buddhist temples and monasteries and other places of worship. The narration is not extensive and they just let the images do the work. It’s very relaxing to watch. (official site)
