I cried my first three months of teaching almost every night.

I stopped going places with friends.

I went to bed at 7:30.

I had a hard time sleeping.

Different reasons than yours, but equally as stressful.  It gets better.  

Many of us have a really rough first year.  

You can do this.  These kids will be better for having you.

Start each day clean.
