Raw Food Pyramid: 5th Level - Fatty Fruits and Berries.
Fatty fruits like vegetable fruits are often confused with vegetables. And coconuts have the distinction of being a nut, seed and a fruit (so take your pick if you’re concerned with food combining).
And my personal favorite. Berries. You know what they say, “the darker the berrie, the sweeter the fruit.” I agree and add to that, “and the more anti-oxidants.”
