So this is what I’ve been working on the past 2-3 months.  It’s finally come to fruition, though still is a work in progress.

What you see there is fresh hummus, babaganoush, and tabbouleh, all of which are on shelves at a local grocer in Columbus. I don’t make the food, but I’m still incredibly proud to be selling and sharing it.  With the exception of the lemon juice, everything is single ingredient (and we’re in the process of changing lemon juices).  All-natural, no preservatives or additives.  This stuff is legit.  This is good stuff, and if you come visit in Columbus, we’ll definitely eat some :D

Edit:

Not sure how I left this out, but the restaurant I’m working with is Mazah Mediterranean Eatery.
