Something sweet for the weekend:
Paleo coconut chocolate slab - all done in 20 minutes.
60g of dark chocolate
4 tbsp coconut oil
Handful of coconut flakes
Handful of ground almonds
Few crushed walnuts
Half a tsp of Himalayan salt
Melt the chocolate then stir in the coconut oil until it melts too.
Stir in the remaining ingredients - apart from the salt.
Pour into a container lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle the salt on top.
Whack it in the freezer for about 15 mins until its solid.
Then cut into chunks and enjoy!
Store in the freezer and eat it straight from there.
