Dinner at Mesa Grill in Las Vegas

I decided to take a little break from NYC by visiting Las Vegas with my sister, Tessie for some shows, shopping and of course dinning.

Since Bobby Flay’s Mesa Grill in NYC shut down, I opted to go to the one in Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas.  Another pleasant surprise was the fact that is was Las Vegas Restaurant Week by Three Square where proceeds go back to the culinary arts.

The menu is jammed packed with flavor. Let’s just say with every bite there was aRoad House type kick of heat and intense flavors that kept you going back for more. It hurt so good.

Here’s what I ordered:

Side note about the dessert, the waiter slipped us a little plug during the conversation how this was the winning recipe for Throwdown with Bobby Flay. As a marketing person noticed that little product placement… well played.
