Try Clean & Clear Dual Action Moisturizer! It has acne medication in it.

Cetaphil’s moisturizer is usually a trusty one, many dermatologists recommend it for a drugstore moisturizer including mine. 

The Simple line sold at drugstores is also great for sensitive skin which it seems like you might have. 

The ones breaking you out could also be too thick for your skin. Sometimes thick cream moisturizers can clog pores if you have oily skin. Moisturizers with added perfume can also cause break outs.
