Yes totally!

I prefer using finishing sprays over highlighters sometimes because it looks a little more natural like your skin’s natural “dewyness” and not so much like a powder. They really help your foundation and powder almost melt together into the skin making it look more natural. Great for taking away a powdery finish.

There are finishing sprays and setting sprays which can be the same thing but can also be different. Some sprays will help your makeup last longer while others are strictly for adding dewyness. Usually the ones aimed to keep your makeup on longer dry to more of a satin finish so they don’t add too much of a glow. 

I’d recommend setting sprays like MAC Fix Plus, ELF’s Setting Spray (p.s the spray bottle sort of sucks, I like to put it in a different spray bottle), Evian Mineral Water Spray, Urban Decay Dew Me or you can even make your own with rose water or aloe water :)
