Yes! I am quite fair as well and I know the struggle lol. Heres a list of the fairest foundations I’ve come across.

Liquid/Cream Foundations:

• Graftobian Hi Def Creme Foundation Palette in Ultra Lights
• Tarte Amazonian Full Coverage in Ivory
• Kevyn Aucoin Sensual Skin Enhancer in 1
• Mac Full Coverage in w10
• Mac Studio Fix in nw10
• Revlon ColorStay in 110 Ivory
• L’Oreal True Match in W1
• Makeup Forever Mat Velvet in 15
• Nars Sheer Glow in Siberia 
• RCMA Cream Foundation in Porcelain
• Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream in 13 (not a foundation but a great BB cream for very fair people)

Powders:

• Mac Studio Fix Powder in nw10
• Laura Mercier Mineral Powder in Soft Porcelain
• Ben Nye Luxury Powder in Cameo
• Hourglass Ambient Lighting Powder in Ethereal Light (not really intended to set the entire face since its so stark white but if you’re fair enough go for it!)
• Loreal True Match Powder in w1
• Also, I really suggest setting with translucent powders over non translucent powders just because they don’t add any color, and its easy to work with that way with fair skin. 

Pure White Foundations:, these are really great to use if you already have a foundation that you love but doesn’t come light enough, you can mix these in or just use them alone if you really want.

I’m probably missing a lot of other really fair products but these just came off the top of my head, if anyone has any other recommendations feel free to respond with them!
