I have a few tips!

Use a super gentle, non irritating cleanser if you’re not already. Anything with fragrance, soap and harsh ingredients can attribute to skin redness and make it worse. Try cleansers like Vanicream Gentle Facial Cleanser for Sensitive Skin, Eucerin Sensitive Skin Gentle Hydrating Cleanser,  Eucerin Redness Relief Soothing Cleanser or Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser.

See a Dermatologist. Your skin redness could be an inflammation to something or some sort of skin condition that can be treated with a prescription.

Use a green concealer or green primer to counteract the redness. Green cancels out red so you won’t have to apply as much foundation to cover the redness. Try using a thin layer of green primer under your makeup like Makeup Forever HD Primer in Green, Loreal Studio Secrets Color Corrector in Green, ELF Mineral Infused Face Primer in Green or Smashbox Photo Finish Primer in in Green. 

Try light weight full coverage foundations like Estee Lauder Double Wear, Covergirl 3 in 1 Outlast, Rimmel Stay Matte, Tarte Amazonian Clay Full Coverage 12 Hr Foundation. Make sure to apply a thin layer first and slowly add more to areas that need it to avoid looking and feeling cakey!
