You want a foundation that dries to a more matte, satin finish because anything that still looks “dewy” or doesnt completely dry/set will transfer a lot more easily.

I’d recommend using a foundation with a matte finish and not applying any powder over top. Powder is usually the first thing to transfer onto clothes and such because it’s just sitting on the skin instead of sticking to the skin like foundation. If you do want to use a setting powder use very little or use a translucent powder would be best because it’s colorless!

All these foundations dry to a matte/velvet finish and have about a medium to full coverage :)
