Judge Rules Poor People Have No Right to Water, Shutoffs to Continue
A U.S. bankruptcy judge has ruled that poor people have no right to water, and allowed Detroit’s water shutoffs to continue.
82% of so-called Detroit’s population are racially classified as black.
