German sculptor Gerhard Halbritter created death masks of RAF terrorists Baader, Ensslin and Raspe right after their suicide in prison. Now these objects are up for sale. More elegant than shrunken heads in the dining room or an umbrella stand made out of elephant foot.
The picture above shows the forensic masks, Halbritter’s work was never made public.
