After just 3 days of working out and eating"clean", I’m starting to see how it’s possible to lose 10+lbs in 3 weeks! #autumncalabrese doesn’t let up! Every workout has had weights! This is somewhat new to me- #P90X3 had dedicated cardio days- no weights- but it also had upper and lower workouts just like this workout:) We want results in only 3 weeks , with short workouts.
