- Me: You can't really talk heros to villains. Its always a sore subject.
- Boy: So I can be Superman if I wanted to? Its possible?
- Me: Who says you're not already?
- Boy: THANK YOU!
- Boys Mom: Thank you.

After a long, steady, and predictable rise in retail rent up until the economic crash in 2008, the market crashed thereafter and the retail rent index has remained at 18.5 percent, a full 3 percent lower than it had been in the heyday of 2008.
