For the stupids who need visual. Exercises aside from attempted Ankle circles and up/down motion (which I can’t fucking do AT ALL!) as prescribed are: Lumbar Bridging (Hip Thrust), Hip Abduction Uni Side-lying and Supine Knee Bent. 3 by 10 reps.
